Note that as of June 1, 2021, honorary consulates are no longer able to take passport or personal number applications due to new regulations by the Norwegian Directorate of Police.   

In order to apply for a personal number or passport, please schedule an appointment with the Norwegian Embassy in Washington DC or one of the Consulates General in New York or San Francisco, CA.
